Virtual Office Services Co-Space Virtual Office Options are aimed at home workers who want the benefits of a fixed business address, without the overheads that a traditional office entails. Co-Space can provide everything from mail and message management to telephony services or even on-demand private offices available on an ad hoc basis. There are three different options available, simply select whichever is right for your business: Virtual Office - from £75 per month Business Address - Use on your letterheads, business cards and marketing materials Mail collection and forwarding - All your mail, faxes and packages are received and held for you to collect or forwarded to a destination of your choice. Total postage costs plus 15% handling charge. Local phone number - A fixed line, local number to use as your main business number. Personalised call answering - Calls are answered in your company name and redirected according to your instructions. Telephony options - Choice of an 0870 Smartnumber, local DDI or even virtual location-specific number - i.e. a London number which actually routes to the Co-Space telephone system. Faxing - a local fax number which Co-Space manage and monitor on your behalf. Discounted meeting room hire - A 20% discount on the hire of Co-Space meeting rooms.
